The hotel was clean with incredible staff and complimentary breakfast. We had the queen room and it was brand-new. The service was excellent, making the hotel a stunningly beautiful place.

It has unbeatable, favourable setting, so close to Valleyfair and Mystic Lake Casino. Facilities are clean, and there's shuttle to casino. Pool area is heated, greatly enjoyed this place.

The location of the hotel and the free breakfast was very good.

The tub did not drain well and the t.v. remote was not working and even after calling the office and them putting in batteries,still did not work!

The rooms with a jacuzzi were a big hit for us. The location of this place was really nice, and the fact that they offer a shuttle to the casino was super convenient and a great bonus! 🎉

We returned from a day out and found that out room door was open, from the cleaning staff. Dirty sheets on one of the beds. Faucet broke on the first night.

The location was particularly good and perfect - next to the center of many attractions, and Very close to multiple restaurants. The bathroom was clean and the room itself impeccably clean. Excellent service, though a few employees were very rude.

Booked a room with a jacuzzi. Central heating, TV, and a microwave oven in the room were useful. We appreciated a great and perfect location not far from Minneapolis, the Minnesota Renaissance Festival, and Valley Fair and restaurants. Furthermore, in the center of many attractions.
